(C) Beacons, are small data files that are embedded in Web pages, applications and emails. We may use these technical methods in HTML emails that we send to users and determine whether they have opened emails and / or clicked on links in emails.






 (A) Unless otherwise is stated in this section of our Privacy Policy, we will not share your Personal Information or General Information (hereinafter collectively "User Information") with any third party without your permission.


System administration. We may use General Information, in aggregate form or not, for the purposes of the administration of our systems, assistance in diagnosing problems with servers, performance monitoring and traffic in our systems, and gather demographic information about our customers.  If you identify any User Information as public, you authorize us to share such information publicly. Additionally, there may be Services (for example, spaces for comments, message boards, discussion rooms and other digital forums) in which you are able to post information that will be available to all other users of the Services. By opting to use these areas, you understand and agree that anyone can access, use and disclose any information you post in these Services. We are not responsible for the use or misuse of such information by third parties.




It is possible that occasionally we may offer certain localization services or with our mobile applications (such as GPS-assisted instruction navigation, location of the wireless tower, triangulation, or other localization technologies available). If you download any of our mobile applications that have this feature enabled by default, you will start using these localization-based services, so we will regularly receive your location in order to provide the Services, notwithstanding that later you can manually disable this alternative.

As part of the applications, we can also collect and store certain information about our users, such as, wireless mobile paid ISDN  and/or IMEI numbers (as appropriate) and User Information of access to the network. Services are not designed for, and may not be used by children under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and not sell the Services to minors under 18 years old.
